Refund policy

Exchange and refund
Due to the nature of our products, all items are final sale and we do not accept refunds or exchanges. However, refunds and exchanges are eligible if the item is defective or damaged during the shipping process. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If your items are defective or damaged upon arrival, please take clear and detailed photos of the following and send them at hello@peaceofcakestudio.ca.

• The condition of the shipping box with a clear shot of the shipping label.

• Each damaged product with the shipping box and label clearly in the photo.

Refunds on damaged products will be issued as a credit to your account  towards your next purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
