Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout. We offer shipping via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and FedEx. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, with expedited shipping options available.

Please note, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time and currently only offer shipping within Canada. We are working to expand our shipping options to the U.S. in 2025.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address provided. We are not responsible for orders marked as delivered by the carrier, but reported as undelivered by the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or carrier issues, we will issue a refund for the net price of your order as a credit to your account towards your next purchase, minus the shipping fees.
